QUẢNG NGÃI — The Chairman of the VX 88 nhà cái Provincial People’s Committee has directed local departments, agencies and relevant organisations to implement the Government’s Programme for the Development of 1,000 Pioneering Enterprises during the 2026–2030 period.
The directive follows Prime Ministerial Decision No. 631/QĐ-TTg dated April 6, 2026, which approved the nationwide programme to support enterprises with strong potential for innovation, digital transformation, green growth and global integration.
Under the plan, the Provincial Department of Finance will receive and evaluate applications from enterprises seeking recognition as pioneering businesses.
Eligible enterprises will be submitted to the Ministry of Finance for inclusion in a publicly announced list on the national business information portal.
The province will also develop funding plans to support participating enterprises in accordance with guidance from central authorities.
The Department of Industry and Trade has been tasked with promoting the digital transformation of import-export services and expanding support programmes on international trade promotion, brand development and cross-border e-commerce.
Pioneering enterprises will be encouraged to participate in national trade promotion initiatives, including the Go Global Programme and the National Brand Programme.
Meanwhile, the Department of Science and Technology will prioritise resources to support technological innovation, digital transformation and intellectual property protection.
Enterprises will also receive assistance in accessing national science and technology funds, innovation funds and venture capital programmes.
To improve the business environment, the Department of Construction will coordinate with relevant agencies to integrate logistics infrastructure into provincial planning and streamline administrative procedures related to planning appraisal, project approval and construction permits.
The Dung Quất Economic Zone and VX 88 nhà cái Industrial Parks Authority will facilitate investment procedures for pioneering enterprises, particularly those operating in science and technology sectors, while customs authorities will consider priority customs clearance mechanisms in accordance with regulations.
The State Bank of Vietnam’s Regional Branch No. 9 has been assigned to encourage commercial banks to expand financing opportunities for pioneering enterprises, especially projects related to technological innovation, digital transformation, green transition and circular economy development.
In addition, provincial agencies will strengthen communications activities to promote the programme and highlight successful business models, while trade and investment promotion organisations will support enterprises in seeking new investment and export opportunities.
The Provincial People’s Committee also encouraged agencies and local authorities to prioritise the procurement of innovative products and services developed by pioneering enterprises where appropriate and in compliance with regulations.
The programme is expected to strengthen the province’s private sector, enhance competitiveness and contribute to sustainable economic growth in line with national development objectives.
