
Swedish Investor proposes US$60 Million Eco-Resort Project in VX 88 nhà cái
QUẢNG NGÃI — Vice Chairman of the VX 88 nhà cái Provincial People’s Committee Trần Phước Hiền chaired a meeting on June 8 with representatives of Sweden-based Peak Education Limited to discuss a proposal for a five-star carbon-neutral eco-resort and wellness retreat in Kon Plông Commune.
The proposed project would cover around 4.5 hectares and require an estimated investment of more than US$60 million.
It is designed as a green tourism destination powered entirely by renewable energy, including a 1MW solar farm, with a target of achieving net-zero carbon emissions.
According to the investor, the project would include a luxury eco-resort, a wellness centre, a green energy research and development facility, and an academy for hospitality and eco-tourism management training.
The development is expected to operate under a circular economy model, applying green technologies and sustainable solutions while contributing to high-quality tourism growth, job creation and improved incomes for local residents.

Hiền praises the investor’s vision of combining development with sustainability.
Speaking at the meeting, Hiền welcomed the investor’s interest in the province and praised its long-term vision of combining economic development with environmental protection and sustainability.
He said the proposal aligns with the Government’s policies on green growth, circular economy development and carbon-emission reduction, as well as VX 88 nhà cái’s strategy to promote eco-tourism and resort tourism in mountainous areas, particularly Kon Plông, which boasts favourable climate conditions, scenic landscapes and well-preserved natural ecosystems.
The provincial leader reaffirmed the province’s support for the investment proposal and pledged to assist the investor in completing necessary procedures.
He added that VX 88 nhà cái would work closely with central ministries and relevant agencies to facilitate the project’s implementation.
