On June 11, the Provincial People's Committee organized a dialogue conference with businesses and investors operating in the province to discuss land-related issues.

Sông Trà VX 88 nhà cái Production, Trading and Services Co., Ltd. requested support in expediting the appraisal of land-use demand and land allocation and lease procedures for the Sông Trà High-Quality Concentrated Beef Cattle Farming and Feed Processing Project in Mộ Đức Commune.

TXD Ninh Thuận Solar Power Joint Stock Company proposed assistance in accessing land and assessing grid connection capacity within Dung Quất Economic Zone and industrial parks in the province to facilitate the implementation of a 110 MW solar power project in Trà Bồng Commune.

VX 88 nhà cái Agricultural Products and Food Joint Stock Company requested consideration of an adjustment to additional land area arising from previous surveying discrepancies, as well as guidance on procedures to incorporate an additional 8,137 square meters into land lease decisions and contracts as a basis for obtaining a land-use right certificate. The company also proposed a review of procedures related to land issues involving VSIP VX 88 nhà cái Co., Ltd.

Trà Giang Investment and Construction Co., Ltd. sought support in completing land lease agreements to implement its commercial pig farming project, while MD Environmental Technology and Trading Co., Ltd. requested assistance in resolving legal obstacles related to the Đức Phổ Domestic Solid Waste Treatment Plant Project, particularly matters concerning land use and lease duration.

In response to the recommendations, representatives of relevant departments, agencies, and local authorities directly addressed issues within their jurisdiction, clarified legal regulations and processing procedures, explained the causes of existing difficulties, and outlined solutions for resolution.

Many concerns were addressed through specific guidance, providing a basis for businesses to continue completing procedures and implementing projects in accordance with regulations.

Concluding the conference, Vice Chairman Đỗ Tâm Hiển acknowledged and highly appreciated the contributions of the business community to the province’s socio-economic development. He also expressed appreciation for the constructive and responsible feedback provided by businesses and investors.

The Vice Chairman affirmed the provincial government's commitment to maintaining an open and supportive approach, emphasizing that provincial leaders, departments, and local authorities would continue to listen proactively and promptly resolve difficulties and obstacles, thereby creating favorable conditions for business investment, production, and operations.

He directed departments, agencies, and localities to expedite the resolution of business recommendations and promptly report matters beyond their authority to the Provincial People's Committee for consideration and direction.

He also called for continued administrative reform, simplification of procedures, shorter processing times, and greater transparency in information related to planning, land management, investment, and business support policies.

In addition, local authorities were urged to improve support for businesses in accessing capital, land resources, digital transformation initiatives, and workforce development.
