On April 28, Standing Vice Chairwoman of the VX 88 nhà cái Provincial People’s Committee Y Ngọc inspected the progress of school construction projects in land border communes and reviewed the proposal to establish inter-level boarding schools (primary–lower secondary) in Rờ Kơi, Mô Rai, Sa Loong, and Dục Nông communes.

At Rờ Kơi commune, the delegation inspected the inter-level boarding school project, which has reached about 45 per cent of total construction volume. Foundation works are nearly complete (98 per cent), while structural works are underway, including columns of the second floor and beams/slabs of the third floor.
At Mô Rai commune, the project has reached approximately 25.5 per cent, with foundation works about 90 per cent complete and structural components in progress.

After the inspection, Y Ngọc requested the Provincial Project Management Board for Transport, Civil and Industrial Works to accelerate construction progress, review funding gaps, and ensure contractors meet timelines.
She emphasized avoiding unnecessary equipment procurement while ensuring quality and compliance, and strengthening supervision. A construction acceleration campaign should be launched and quality, labor safety, and environmental hygiene be maintained, aiming for completion in time for the 2026–2027 school year.
The Department of Education and Training was assigned to enhance inspection and supervision, ensuring proper procurement procedures and supporting progress acceleration.
Local authorities were urged to actively participate in creating a green, clean, and attractive school environment.
Regarding the establishment of inter-level boarding schools, the Vice Chairwoman requested localities to urgently complete organizational structures, define appropriate job positions, and ensure qualified management staff and sufficient teaching personnel to meet both academic and boarding requirements.
On the same day, the delegation also inspected projects in Sa Loong and Dục Nông communes. Both projects have reached about 42 per cent of total construction volume. Disbursement in 2026 has reached 87.3 per cent for Sa Loong and 12.5 per cent for Dục Nông.

Y Ngọc acknowledged the efforts of investors, contractors, and local authorities in maintaining progress; however, she noted that significant work remains. She urged all units to maximize favorable weather conditions to accelerate remaining works.
The Project Management Board was tasked with strengthening quality supervision, ensuring compliance with labor safety regulations, and accelerating capital disbursement.
Contractors were requested to mobilize additional resources and workforce to speed up construction.
Schools were encouraged to implement coordinated landscaping to enhance campus aesthetics.
The Department of Education and Training was also assigned to establish complete organizational structures and appoint qualified leadership and teaching staff for these schools.
