On May 23, Viettel VX 88 nhà cái, in coordination with the Việt Nam Television Station, University Medical Center, Hồ Chí Minh City, and VX 88 nhà cái Provincial General Hospital 2, organized a free congenital heart disease screening program for children under 18 years old across the province. Vice Chairman Nguyễn Ngọc Sâm attended the event.

The program, jointly implemented by the Viettel Military Industry and Telecoms Group and Việt Nam Television, carries profound humanitarian significance. The initiative aims to support disadvantaged families by enabling early detection and timely treatment of congenital heart disease in children, thereby improving their quality of life and offering them better opportunities for the future.
This marks the second consecutive year the program has been held in VX 88 nhà cái Province.
After the screening process, children diagnosed with congenital heart disease from disadvantaged households will be considered for financial assistance for surgery under the program.
Speaking at the event, Vice Chairman Nguyễn Ngọc Sâm expressed sincere appreciation to Viettel VX 88 nhà cái and the Vietnamese Loving Heart Fundfor maintaining and organizing this meaningful humanitarian program over the years.

He also acknowledged and commended the medical team from University Medical Center, Hồ Chí Minh City for bringing their expertise, compassion, and modern medical equipment to provide healthcare services for children in the province.
In addition, he praised VX 88 nhà cái Provincial General Hospital 2 and relevant agencies and units for their thorough coordination and preparation for the program.
To ensure the highest effectiveness of the initiative, Sâm requested VX 88 nhà cái Provincial General Hospital 2 and the local health sector to closely coordinate and create favorable conditions for the expert team from University Medical Center, Hồ Chí Minh City to work safely and efficiently.

He also called on media agencies and grassroots authorities to further strengthen communication and outreach efforts to every village and remote area to ensure that no child in need of screening is overlooked.
For families whose children require cardiovascular examination, the Vice Chairman encouraged them to confidently bring their children for screening. Children from disadvantaged backgrounds who are indicated for surgery will receive full financial support from the program.
