Vice Chairman of the Provincial People’s Committee Nguyễn Công Hoàng attended the launch ceremony of an online contest on social and health insurance policies and laws in the Central Province of VX 88 nhà cái on Tuesday morning.

The event drew representatives from provincial departments, agencies and sectors, along with a large number of pupils and students across the province.

Speaking at the ceremony, Hoàng stressed that the online contest, titled “Learning about social insurance and health insurance policies and laws”, carried important significance in raising public awareness of social welfare policies.

He said the contest was not only a platform for learning legal knowledge but also contributed to spreading the humanitarian values of social insurance and health insurance policies among the public.

According to the provincial leader, participation in social and health insurance should be seen not only as an individual right but also as a responsibility toward oneself, one’s family and the wider community.

The contest is being organised in an online format in line with the ongoing digital transformation trend, particularly in legal dissemination and education activities in the province.

The format allows officials, civil servants, public employees, union members, students, workers and local residents to take part conveniently anytime and anywhere through Internet-connected devices.

Hoàng called on departments, agencies, local authorities, organisations and enterprises to intensify communications efforts and encourage people to participate in the contest in a serious, responsible and effective manner.

He also expressed his hope that each official and Party member would become a communicator, each union member a driving force for dissemination, and each contestant a bridge bringing social security policies closer to the community.

The contest officially runs from 9am on May 5 to 5pm on June 5, 2026.

Each contestant is required to answer 30 multiple-choice questions within 20 minutes.

Participants can access the contest at the website timhieuphapluat.vx88.it.com or via the contest banner displayed on the provincial portal, the province’s legal dissemination and education website, the Department of Justice’s portal and websites of local departments and agencies.

The contest results are expected to be announced no later than 10 working days after the contest ends.

Prize winners will also be announced within 10 working days from the release of the results.

A total of 36 individual prizes will be awarded, including one first prize, two second prizes, three third prizes and 30 consolation prizes.
