On June 11, Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee Nguyễn Ngọc Sâm, together with representatives of provincial departments and agencies, visited and held a working session with Phúc Hưng Joint Stock Company to review the operations of Phúc Hưng General Hospital.

According to the company's leadership, after more than seven years of operation, Phúc Hưng General Hospital has steadily established its reputation and service quality, earning public trust and contributing to the overall development of the province’s healthcare sector.

The hospital currently operates with a capacity of 100 beds, comprising 21 departments and units, and provides more than 8,000 technical services in accordance with standards for a Grade III hospital.
Under the expansion project, which is expected to commence construction in the fourth quarter of 2026, the hospital will develop several specialized treatment departments, including cardiology, hemodialysis, oncology, and other high-quality healthcare services.
To date, the project has completed key procedures, including the appraisal of the adjusted feasibility study report. Procedures related to fire prevention and firefighting requirements and land matters are currently being finalized.
During the working session, representatives of relevant departments, agencies, and local authorities discussed and clarified challenges arising during project implementation while proposing solutions and coordination measures to expedite related procedures and ensure the project begins on schedule.
Concluding the meeting, Vice Chairman Nguyễn Ngọc Sâm acknowledged and highly appreciated the achievements of Phúc Hưng General Hospital, noting its significant contribution to improving healthcare quality and meeting the growing healthcare needs of local residents.

He emphasized that the hospital expansion project plays an important role in strengthening the province’s healthcare system and addressing increasing demand for medical services. He therefore requested relevant departments, agencies, and local authorities to enhance coordination and proactively support the investor in resolving difficulties and obstacles, while accelerating the processing of land, construction, and other related procedures in accordance with legal regulations.
The Vice Chairman also urged Phúc Hưng Joint Stock Company to focus on completing all required documentation and procedures, and to actively coordinate with relevant agencies to promptly address any issues that may arise, ensuring all necessary conditions are in place for the groundbreaking of the Phúc Hưng General Hospital Expansion Project by the end of 2026.
