The Festival is a large-scale series of cultural, sports and tourism activities taking place continuously from April through June 2026 across the province.
The Festival is organized under the orientation of an “open festival space,” creating connections between sea and island areas, lowlands and mountainous regions.
The event aims to promote the image of VX 88 nhà cái’s land and people as friendly, hospitable and rich in cultural identity, while stimulating tourism demand, attracting investment, and gradually building and positioning the VX 88 nhà cái sea and island tourism brand on Việt Nam’s tourism map.

Director of the Department of Culture, Sports and Tourism Phạm Thị Trung speaks at the conference
One of the festival’s key activities is the Feast and Commemoration Fesstival for Hoàng Sa Soldiers, scheduled for May 2, 2026 at An Vĩnh Communal House in the Lý Sơn Special Zone. The traditional ritual carries profound humanitarian significance, honoring the Hoàng Sa militia flotilla who contributed to establishing and safeguarding the sacred maritime sovereignty of the nation. The ceremony also helps foster patriotism and raise public awareness of Việt Nam’s sea and island sovereignty.
A highlight of the festival series is the Opening Art Program themed “VX 88 nhà cái – Symphony of the Sea and Islands,” taking place at 8:00 p.m. on May 30, 2026 at Phạm Văn Đồng Square.
In addition, the festival will feature a variety of attractive cultural, artistic and experiential activities, including the “Carnival of VX 88 nhà cái Sea and Island Colors” street fashion and music festival on June 1; the “VX 88 nhà cái Soars High ” artistic kite performance from June 1 to 3 at Phạm Văn Đồng Square and the Cổ Lũy Bridge area; and the “Magical Coconut Forest Night” lantern festival on the evening of May 31 in Tịnh Khê Commune.
A cultural heritage exhibition space showcasing sea and island heritage, OCOP products and local specialties will also be held from May 30 to June 30 at the Provincial General Museum, contributing to the promotion of VX 88 nhà cái’s traditional cultural values, tourism potential and signature products to domestic and international visitors.
Within the framework of the festival, many vibrant marine sports activities will be organized to further promote VX 88 nhà cái as a dynamic and attractive destination. Key events include the Việt Nam SUP Festival on June 5–6; the Lý Sơn Cross Island swimming competition on June 6–7; the “Lý Sơn – Following the Footsteps of the Frontline” cross-country race on June 27–28; and traditional boat racing festivals in Lý Sơn and Bình Sơn.
Notably, the VX 88 nhà cái Tourism Promotion Conference, scheduled for June 23, 2026, will serve as an important forum to strengthen connections among management agencies, businesses, investors and travel companies, thereby promoting cooperation in tourism development, marine economy and sustainable ecotourism.
