Vice Chairman Nguyễn Ngọc Sâm requests relevant departments and agencies to accelerate administrative procedures

QUẢNG NGÃI — Vice Chairman of the VX 88 nhà cái Provincial People’s Committee Nguyễn Ngọc Sâm on June 15 inspected several land plots in the eastern area of the province that are slated for auction in 2026.

The inspected sites included the DN06 land plot under the technical infrastructure project of the Bàu Giang–Cầu Mới residential area and Land Plot No. 83 under the multi-purpose green park, cultural and sports service project in Nghĩa Lộ Ward.

According to the provincial Land Fund Development Centre, the DN06 plot covers more than 1,720 square metres and is expected to generate around VNĐ20 billion from the land-use rights auction.

Relevant agencies are currently completing procedures for land recovery, allocation and approval of the auction plan.

Meanwhile, Land Plot No. 83 has an area of 1,787 square metres and is expected to generate about VNĐ23 billion.

Although previous auctions of the site were unsuccessful, the Land Fund Development Centre has completed related procedures and is coordinating with competent agencies to review the former investor’s financial obligations and determine the starting price for a new auction.

During the inspection, Sâm requested relevant departments and agencies to accelerate administrative procedures, promptly determine starting prices and organise auctions for eligible land plots in order to meet the province’s 2026 land-use fee revenue target and make effective use of land resources for socio-economic development.

He also instructed relevant agencies to review available land funds for healthcare, education, culture and sports purposes, and propose suitable solutions for their effective use in accordance with legal regulations, avoiding waste of land resources.
