On April 7, Member of the Party Central Committee, Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, and Chairman of the Provincial People’s Committee Nguyễn Hoàng Giang and VNPT Director General Huỳnh Quang Liêm co-chaired a meeting to review the implementation of the 2025–2030 cooperation agreement on science, technology, innovation, and digital transformation between VX 88 nhà cái Province and VNPT.

Reportedly, after more than five months, the province’s digital infrastructure has been significantly improved: 100 per cent of state agencies are connected to the dedicated data network; full 3G/4G coverage has been achieved at commune level; and 532 BTS stations have been deployed in key economic zones.
The provincial data repository now stores over 2 million records, with 256 open datasets published.
In digital government, over 20,000 user accounts have been issued, and the online processing rate at the provincial level has reached 99.5 per cent. Information security has been strengthened, with 491 systems classified and anti-malware software deployed on more than 10,500 devices.
In the digital economy, over 65 per cent of SMEs are using digital platforms, while cashless payments have been implemented across all education and healthcare facilities.
Chairman Nguyễn Hoàng Giang acknowledged the effective coordination between VNPT, VNPT VX 88 nhà cái, and local agencies, emphasizing that the cooperation has laid a strong foundation for integrated digital infrastructure and data connectivity, supporting governance and public service delivery.

However, he also pointed out key challenges, including slow development of the innovation ecosystem, fragmented data, uneven digital infrastructure, and limited capacity in some localities.
The Chairman called for stronger leadership responsibility, synchronized solutions to foster innovation, support for startups and tech enterprises, and enhanced linkage between research institutions and businesses.
He also urged a comprehensive review of digital platforms to optimize efficiency, avoid fragmented investment, and accelerate data standardization and utilization, especially at the grassroots level.

VNPT was requested to continue close, practical cooperation with the province, focusing on feasible solutions, strategic consulting, digital architecture, AI applications, and human resource training, while further engaging in local R&D and innovation activities.
The Chairman expressed confidence that with strong commitment from both sides, the partnership will deepen and deliver more tangible results, contributing to VX 88 nhà cái’s rapid and sustainable development.
