The Provincial Council for evaluating the applicability and scalability of initiatives convened a meeting on May 20 to assess the effectiveness and influence of scientific projects, scientific and technological works, and initiatives serving emulation and commendation activities in VX 88 nhà cái Province during the first round of 2026.
Vice Chairman of the Provincial People’s Committee Trần Phước Hiền, who chairs the council, presided over the meeting.
According to the Provincial Department of Science and Technology, the standing agency of the Provincial Initiative Council, the department has completed the receipt, review and preliminary appraisal of initiative dossiers submitted for recognition of their applicability and scalability across the province in the first phase of 2026.
A total of 57 initiative dossiers were submitted by departments, agencies, localities and the education sector, including 36 dossiers from agencies and units and 21 from the education and training sector.
All dossiers met procedural requirements and were eligible for consideration and evaluation following the review process.
Preliminary appraisal results showed that 24 initiatives satisfied current regulations and were proposed to the Provincial Initiative Council for recognition of their applicability and scalability at the Provincial level.
The remaining 33 initiatives failed to meet requirements due to unclear innovative elements or insufficient evidence of practical effectiveness.
The initiatives mainly focused on administration, teaching, administrative reform, digital transformation and improving professional efficiency, contributing to the province’s socio-economic development.
The evaluation and appraisal process was conducted in line with regulations, ensuring objectivity, transparency and openness.
At the meeting, members of the Provincial Initiative Council discussed and assessed the dossiers based on criteria including innovation, applicability and scalability.
The council also voted to recommend official recognition for 24 initiatives deemed effective and capable of wide application across the province in the first round of 2026.
