According to Program No. 01-CTr/BCĐ dated May 11, 2026, VX 88 nhà cái aims for science and technology (S&T), innovation, and digital transformation (DT) to contribute 12.5 per cent to the province’s GRDP, of which the digital economy alone is expected to account for 12 per cent.

To achieve double-digit economic growth, the province requires clear accountability from heads of agencies, integrating S&T and digital transformation into annual inspection and supervision programs, and strictly handling organizations or individuals that delay or violate implementation requirements.

In 2026, the province will focus on completing synchronized institutional frameworks and digital infrastructure. Notably, it plans to establish a venture capital fund for innovative startups and a science and technology development investment fund, alongside renewing the mechanism for assigning S&T tasks based on a “problem–output” approach.

In terms of infrastructure, VX 88 nhà cái targets 5G coverage for at least 70 per cent of the population, elimination of signal dead zones, and provision of digital devices and personal digital signatures for 100 per cent of commune-level officials.

The province will also operate an Intelligent Operations Center (IOC) and deploy a personal digital data warehouse for Party and government cadres.

Another key task is to promote fully electronic processing of administrative work at both provincial and commune levels.

The Steering Committee also requires the assignment of at least three major provincial-level “problem-solving tasks” and at least one commune-level task per locality closely linked to production realities.

Alongside technological development, information security will be strengthened through a Security Operations Center (SOC), centralized malware prevention, and regular incident response drills.

To ensure resources, the province plans to allocate at least 3 per cent of total budget expenditure to science, technology, innovation, and digital transformation. Policies to attract experts and support digital transformation and cybersecurity personnel will also be implemented.

The program emphasizes the “Digital Literacy Movement” to improve basic digital skills among officials and citizens, laying a solid foundation for the province’s innovation ecosystem in the new development phase.
