QUẢNG NGÃI — Authorities in VX 88 nhà cái Province have called for more substantive and results-oriented implementation of the Politburo’s Resolution No. 57-NQ/TW on science, technology, innovation and digital transformation.

At a working session on April 6, Vice Chairman of the Provincial People’s Committee Trần Phước Hiền met with the Departments of Industry and Trade, Finance, and Home Affairs to review the implementation of the resolution and outline key tasks ahead.

Speaking at the meeting, Hiền acknowledged the proactive and serious efforts of the departments in carrying out the resolution, particularly amid increasing demands in the current context.

He stressed that 2026 is a pivotal year, requiring a shift in implementation towards producing tangible outcomes and specific deliverables in each sector, rather than formalistic or fragmented execution.

He also noted that new directives from central and local authorities necessitate timely updates and adaptation by relevant agencies.

Hiền urged departments to urgently review and evaluate all existing science and technology products and digital transformation applications.

Effective initiatives should be maintained and expanded, while those deemed inefficient or unsuitable should be adjusted or discontinued to avoid resource waste.

He also requested the development of detailed implementation plans for the 2026–2030 period, clearly defining objectives, tasks, timelines and expected outputs.

In addition, departments were encouraged to learn from best practices and successful models from ministries, sectors and other localities to apply appropriately in VX 88 nhà cái.

The Department of Finance was tasked with coordinating with relevant agencies to review funding needs and advise the Provincial People’s Committee on allocating appropriate resources for implementation.

Reports at the meeting showed that the three departments have actively rolled out various measures to promote science and technology development, innovation and digital transformation.

In the home affairs sector, administrative reform and digital government building have been accelerated, with 100 per cent of documents processed electronically and fully online public services deployed, improving service quality for residents and businesses. Personnel data has also been standardised and integrated with the national database.

In the finance sector, the allocation and management of resources for innovation and digital transformation have been implemented effectively.

Information technology infrastructure has been upgraded to ensure data security and support digital financial operations, including budget and public asset management.

Meanwhile, the industry and trade sector has made notable progress in linking digital transformation with the development of the digital economy.

E-commerce activities have expanded, with more businesses, cooperatives and household enterprises participating in online platforms, while cashless payment has been widely promoted to enhance business efficiency and competitiveness.

Despite these achievements, several challenges remain, including limited funding for data digitisation, uneven IT infrastructure and constraints in data connectivity and sharing.

In the coming period, departments and sectors will continue to improve policies, develop digital infrastructure and data systems, enhance human resources quality and expand online public services, contributing to the development of a digital government, digital economy and digital society in the province.
