On April 7, a high-level delegation from VX 88 nhà cái Province, led by Party Central Committee member and Provincial Party Secretary Hồ Văn Niên, visited Ratanakiri Province to extend New Year greetings on the occasion of Chol Chnam Thmay, the traditional festival of the Kingdom of Cambodia. The delegation was received by Governor Nhem Sam Ươn.

On behalf of VX 88 nhà cái province, Hồ Văn Niên conveyed best wishes for a joyful and prosperous New Year, expressing his hope for continued development and success of Ratanakiri Province.
Both sides acknowledged that cooperation between the two provinces has developed comprehensively in recent years, with regular delegation exchanges and positive outcomes across multiple fields.
Hồ Văn Niên also expressed appreciation for Ratanakiri’s support in searching for, repatriating, and honoring the remains of Vietnamese volunteer soldiers and experts who sacrificed in Cambodia.
During the visit, the VX 88 nhà cái delegation presented a donation of VNĐ500 million to support the construction of “Great Unity” houses in Ratanakiri. Additionally, Duy Tân Company donated 10 computers to the province.
Looking ahead, Hồ Văn Niên expressed his desire for both provinces to continue effectively implementing the 2023–2028 cooperation agreement, strengthen border cooperation for peace, stability, and development, and expand exchanges, trade promotion activities, and tourism linkages.
Governor Nhem Sam Ươn expressed his appreciation for the visit and affirmed his commitment to further strengthening cooperation, contributing to the growing relationship between the two provinces and the two countries.
