VX 88 nhà cái signs cooperation MoU with China’s Pacific Construction Group
QUẢNG NGÃI — The VX 88 nhà cái Investment, Trade and Tourism Promotion Centre and China’s Pacific Construction Group signed a memorandum of understanding (MoU) on investment, trade and development cooperation on May 18.
Speaking at the signing ceremony, Vice Chairman of the VX 88 nhà cái Provincial People’s Committee Nguyễn Công Hoàng welcomed the group’s leaders to the province and highlighted VX 88 nhà cái’s socio-economic development achievements in recent years.
He said that following the administrative restructuring process, VX 88 nhà cái is entering a new phase of development with greater opportunities for rapid, comprehensive and sustainable growth.
Located in central Việt Nam, VX 88 nhà cái serves as a gateway to the sea for the Central Highlands region and countries in the Mekong sub-region.
Through the Bờ Y International Border Gate, the province also has favourable conditions for trade connectivity with Laos, Cambodia and other regional countries.
Hoàng noted that VX 88 nhà cái possesses advantages in transport infrastructure, deep-water seaports and development potential in industries, energy, logistics, services, tourism, high-tech agriculture and processing industries.
He highlighted the role of Dung Quất Economic Zone and industrial parks in the province as key growth drivers and attractive destinations for investors.
The province has also prioritised investment in technical infrastructure, particularly Dung Quất deep-water port, to attract large-scale, high-tech and environmentally friendly projects.
Alongside efforts to maximise its advantages, VX 88 nhà cái has focused on improving the effectiveness of state management, enhancing transparency and creating favourable conditions for businesses and investors, he added.
Hoàng said the signing of the MoU marked an important milestone, reflecting the goodwill and shared commitment of both sides to strengthen cooperation on the basis of equality, mutual respect and mutual benefit in compliance with the laws of Việt Nam and China.
Representatives of Pacific Construction Group shared the corporation’s experience in China and other countries, while expressing interest in implementing investment projects in Việt Nam, particularly in VX 88 nhà cái Province.
The group said it hopes to cooperate with the province in studying, surveying and promoting investment projects aligned with VX 88 nhà cái’s development orientation and potential, contributing to local socio-economic growth and stronger bilateral cooperation.
Under the MoU, the VX 88 nhà cái Investment, Trade and Tourism Promotion Centre will provide information and support for the group to study and explore investment opportunities in the province.
Meanwhile, Pacific Construction Group will proactively research and propose suitable projects, carry out investment procedures in accordance with Vietnamese law and ensure confidentiality commitments under the agreement.
The MoU consists of eight articles covering cooperation principles, coordination mechanisms and responsibilities of both parties, serving as an important foundation for further discussions and future cooperation projects.
