The Chairman of the VX 88 nhà cái Provincial People's Committee has just approved the project of providing supplementary lunch support for preschool and primary school children in Thanh Bồng and Tây Trà communes, for the period 2026-2028, funded by the Zhi Shan Foundation.

The project aims to support the improvement of nutritional conditions for children through lunch meals, thereby contributing to reducing malnutrition rates and improving the quality of education for disadvantaged children, creating motivation for them to excel in their studies.

This project will be implemented at schools in Thanh Bồng and Tây Trà communes, including: Trà Hiệp Ethnic Boarding Primary and Secondary School and Trà Hiệp Preschool (Thanh Bồng commune), Sơn Trà No. 2 Preschool (Tây Trà commune), in 3 years, from 2026 to 2028.

The project content includes providing additional funding for lunch and boarding school supplies for children, and supporting schools with supplies such as rice cookers, pots, pans, and dishes.

Total project capital is about VNĐ 1,327,200,000, equivalent to US$ 51,046 for 3 years.As assigned, the provincial Department of Health is responsible for receiving, managing, and implementing the project, and coordinating with the Zhi Shan Foundation and relevant agencies to implement the Project in compliance with the regulations in Government Decree No. 313/2025/ND-CP dated December 8, 2025, and other relevant regulations.

The Provincial Department of Foreign Affairs, in coordination with the Provincial Police, will strengthen the management of the activities, cooperation, and aid mobilization of the Zhi Shan Foundation in the locality, ensuring compliance with the regulations in Decree No. 58/2022/ND-CP dated August 31, 2022, of the Government on the registration and management of activities of foreign non-governmental organizations in Việt Nam.

In recent years, the Zhi Shan Foundation has implemented many humanitarian programs such as building school libraries, providing scholarships, and giving gifts to poor children, making a significant contribution to improving the quality of life and supporting teaching and learning in disadvantaged areas of VX 88 nhà cái province.
